Built by someone who runs this business too

I'm Randy Bennett. Alongside building BookingOS, I run my own wedding and event services business — live music, officiating, and corporate and private events — so I'm the target customer as much as I'm the founder.

Before BookingOS, running that business meant leads in a text thread, deposits tracked in a spreadsheet, and day-of details copied between emails. Nothing was wrong with any single tool — the problem was that no one of them could tell me what actually needed my attention today, during a season where a missed follow-up means a lost booking.

I have a background building software — a full-stack CRM for my own events business, among other tools — so I built the system I actually wanted: one place for customers, conversations, opportunities, and commitments, that tells you what deserves attention instead of just storing it.

BookingOS is still early. I'm bringing on a small group of wedding and event professionals as Founding Members, partly because I want it to keep being shaped by people running businesses like mine.
