Tracking deposits and payments
How BookingOS keeps up with what's been paid and what's owed.
A fee attaches to an opportunity as soon as you've quoted one, and shows on its card in the pipeline and on its row in Bookings or Events. As payments come in, mark them from the same place — including marking a deposit paid once it's received.
You don't have to go looking for what's outstanding. Anything with an overdue or unpaid balance shows up automatically in Payments Due on your Today view, soonest due date first.
