Understanding your Today view
What each part of the Today screen is telling you.
Today is built around one idea: start with the prioritized list, treat everything else as context for planning ahead. It has three parts.
- Stat tiles across the top — a quick read on volume: introductions and follow-ups due today and this week, new leads this week, and anything missing information (like a lead with no source recorded).
- Start Here — overdue and due-today tasks first, followed by your highest-priority open opportunities. Mark something done directly from this list.
- Payments Due — clients with an overdue or unpaid balance, soonest due date first, so nothing slips just because it wasn't top of mind.
If Start Here or Payments Due is empty, that's good news, not a bug — it means nothing is currently overdue or waiting on you.
